Companies have to reorganize constantly as market opportunities and threats evolve, and the faster they can achieve this, the more competitive they will stay. Blueprint provides the tools and the framework for line managers, HR specialists, finance, compliance and other interested parties to collaborate in a web 2.0 environment around new organizational scenarios. I am anticipating great fame and a higher Google ranking once our new OrgPlus Blueprint module is recognized by the marketplace as the best way for any organization, large or small, to reorganize, for growth or otherwise.
